The breakfast buffet was good and extensive. The rooms were tight for 3 persons. The shower was very fine, good pressure. Beds were good. The restaurants are good, but very pricey for the amount of food that you get. Beautiful gym with good equipment (Technogym).
Language barrier is high. Strawberry buffet was disappointing. Various food was already halfway over during the buffet and was no longer refilled (the buffet lasts 2 hours).

The executive king room was spacious and provided a comfortable workspace, ideal for my business meetings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Shinjuku station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, assisting with my requests promptly. I also enjoyed the great amenities, including the fitness center during my downtime.
Breakfast options were limited.

Newly decorated hotel, it has relaxing atmosphere, and the location is magnificent to three metro stations on two different lines. The breakfast choices are above average with omelet, pastries and also cheeses...

The hotel had a fantastic live band that created a wonderful atmosphere in the lounge.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and not very appealing for the price.

We had a very positive stay on weekend.
Big size and carpeted room on level 30, the staff was incredible! The location was great and magnificent: chemist's and convenience stores were within walking distance.

Friendly staff made check-in smooth and easy.
The room key was constantly failing, frustrating. I had to walk back to reception multiple times just to get access to my room. It reminded me of a huge inconvenience to deal with this issue, especially after a long day of touring.

Totally recommend to friends. Outstanding food for sumptuous and extensive breakfast at the Marble Lounge. Comfortably furnished units with a very comfortable bed, a standard bathtub, for instance, and highly courteous staff. Perfect and stunning location in the sushi restaurant at the Hilton, imperial style building. Next to the train station, ships and tourist lookout, stay on that line, and multiple restaurants.
